Cancellation Policy

Please telephone immediately in the event of a cancellation. Should it be necessary to cancel or amend a booking without sufficient prior notice, a financial penalty applies.

• 7-14 days notice - 25% of the 1st night
• 2-6 days notice - 50% of the 1st night
• 24 hours notice/failure to show - 100% loss of deposit
